Passage: Lamentations 3:21-26
For the next four weeks, the sermons will be focused on helping our church family prepare for the next pastor/shepherd of Mayer Community Church. This week, we want to take some time to look back and recall how God has been incredibly kind and faithful to this congregation. Our text is from Lamentations and in it, Jeremiah temporarily pauses his sorrowful recollection of Israel’s hardships due to God’s judgment in order to remember that God’s love for his people never ceases and that as long as we have God, we have all that we need. What a great reminder for us as a church as we are Preparing for the Future.
